What we collect
When you fill out our contact form or start a chat, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Details you share about your business and requirements
- Messages you send through the chat widget
We don't collect this information through any other means on the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it
- To match you with the right service or advisor
- To keep a record of the conversation in case it's interrupted
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Where it's stored
Form and chat submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database provider. Access is limited to the Bharat Setu team.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've shared with us at any time by emailing contact@bharatsetu.services.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
